  • Partner with the Medical Therapeutic Area team and Medical Operations to translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, milestones, deliverables, and governance routines that support timely, compliant, and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Advisors and the MSL Manager to develop, coordinate, and track comprehensive field-based scientific plans and activities, ensuring strong alignment between national priorities and field execution.
  • Provide clear visibility on Gastroenterology Medical Affairs activities by tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, decisions, and KPIs. Maintain practical systems, dashboards, and status updates that enable informed decision-making by the TA Lead, Medical Advisors, and Gastroenterology field team.
