Job Description

Process and Performance Learning provides data-driven learning expertise, innovative thinking, and high-quality learning experiences that inspire compliance and operational excellence in the support of the global HRConnect Operations Team.

The Learning Systems Manager establishes and manages the team that will be instrumental in developing and executing learning initiatives that align to business objectives, enhance skills, knowledge and capability of HRConnect Team. As a leader, this role is accountable to ensure the team delivers impactful learning curricula and/or platforms that foster compliance and performance excellence in global HRConnect Operations execution. This role is expected to demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying, managing, and implementing ideas for improvement. This role may be accountable for accurate, comprehensive, and applicable curricula for both internal stakeholders and/or innovative learning platforms that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team that will deliver global learning curricula and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs specific to HRConnect Operations.
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to HRConnect professionals, ensuring alignment with HRConnect strategy and organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to end lifecycle of learning programs, including needs assessment, curriculum design, content creation, delivery methods, and assessment strategies.
  • Participate in global, cross-functional initiatives/teams in support of business priorities. Represent Process and Performance Learning during special projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Represents Process and Performance Learning on governance committees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and industry experts to bring in specialized training when necessary.
  • Assist in change management efforts related to ne HRConnect processes, systems, or initiatives by developing learning content that aids smooth transitions.
  • Maintain a change control process related to learning curricula, programs, and platform. Assess current and future capabilities of learning platform and operationalize upon leading/lagging trends.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, new scope of work, process optimization activities, incorporating this knowledge into learning content.
  • Coach a high performing matrixed team to execute upon the learning strategy that drives excellence in global HRConnect Operations execution. Accountable to estimate and coordinate team resources needed to meet learning strategy expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation of learning programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and various training delivery methods.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of system design and implementation, user interface design, integrations, data management, testing and transition to operations is highly desired.
  • Able to translate strategy into operations and manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels in a matrix environment and strong vendor relation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and to lead change management efforts related to learning initiatives.
  • This position will report into a director level and may have direct reports or oversight of vendor staff.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​
