Job Description

The Marketing Manager II, Market Access Marketing- Oncology, will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Market Access strategies for Venclexta, an oral oncolytic jointly commercialized by AbbVie and Gententech. Specifically, this individual will lead development of tactics related to payer value propositions and marketing mix, supporting field execution with the goal of ensuring appropriate patient access.

 

Job Description

  • Work on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks.
  • Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.
  • Execute go-to-market plans.
  • Drive for results through the oversight of field execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives
  • Support Market Access key deliverables (brand planning, linkIT, National Meeting planning, etc..)
  • The role will partner with several departments including but not limited to the US Market Access field and marketing teams, US Commercial Marketing and Sales, Market Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, HEOR and external customers.
  • The candidate must have excellent project management skills and be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability for quality of deliverables.
