Your role at Allergan Aesthetics
The goal of this role is to help manage and execute consumer and HCP influencer partnerships, marketing initiatives for key Allergan Aesthetic brands such as SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, Latisse, Natrelle, Body Contouring, and Affiliate.
In this role, you will help own the influencer partnership strategy and execution for assigned brands, serving as the primary point of contact across brand, PR, legal, and agency partners. You will be responsible for driving influencer strategy from planning through measurement, ensuring programs are aligned to brand and business objectives, compliant, and efficient. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Champion disruptive, first-to-market influencer campaigns by pioneering bold, innovative programming that sets new industry benchmarks and positions Allergan Aesthetics as the leader in the aesthetics category.
- Lead influencer planning for key launches, tentpoles, and evergreen programs
- Lead influencer content review and approval processes in Veeva, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and on-time delivery across brands.
- Manage script reviews and implementation of consumer feedback.
- Manage agency partners, providing strategic direction, feedback, and accountability to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary influencer marketing lead for assigned brands, aligning with Brand, PR, Legal/MLRC, Social, Paid Media, and Affiliate teams.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in influencer programs and escalate with solutions
- Handle weekly submissions of product replacement requests to the internal team.
- Vet influencer lists to ensure alignment and compliance with Allergan Aesthetics standards
- Establish best practices for influencer content reviews, compliance, and asset utilization
- Ensure timely updates on organic influencer content and performance.
- Organize and lead weekly brand influencer team meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and note-taking.
- Maintain and update Confluence with accurate documentation for brand influencer programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in social media, influencer marketing, and aesthetics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.
- Experience owning influencer strategy and execution across multiple brands or product lines.
- Familiarity with Veeva systems or similar regulatory content approval platforms a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional partners and agencies in a matrixed organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Healthcare provider, key opinion leaders and consumer influencer programs is a plus.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
106500 - 202500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
