This role brings together Commercial Excellence, Business Data & Insights, AI Enablement, Omnichannel Excellence and Operational Excellence. Its purpose is to make the Immunology organization more future-ready and impactful through reliable insights, more efficient processes and the disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure and continuously improve the quality of commercial data.
- Harmonize KPI, dashboard and management reporting across relevant teams and business units.
- Conduct analyses, e.g. of field force interaction plans and multichannel customer journeys.
- Define appropriate KPIs and measurement frameworks for pilot projects and new marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers on the continuous development of integrated omnichannel and customer engagement strategies.
- Drive the adoption of AI and Copilot and build practical capabilities across the organization to increase efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional transformation and Future Fit initiatives.
- Simplify processes and reporting and reduce administrative effort.
- Prepare business reviews and management presentations and track strategic actions.
- Facilitate training, office hours and Q&A sessions on dashboards, data and insights.
- Support planning and decision-making processes as well as the development of business cases and financial viability analyses.
- University degree in business, health economics, life sciences, data/business analytics or a comparable discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or MedTech.
- Several years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, Omnichannel, Strategy or Business Transformation.
- Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical processes, customer journeys, and KPI and management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
- Experience in Immunology and/or Finance is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting complex business, market and customer data.
- Experience with dashboards, data visualization, KPI frameworks and business cases.
- Practical proficiency in AI and Copilot solutions; deep software development expertise is not required.
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer engagement and impact measurement.
- Strong project, change and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Sound understanding of financial planning.
- Strategic mindset combined with a strong bias for execution.
- Ability to translate data into clear priorities and decisions.
- Credibility with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to deliver results without direct authority.
- Pragmatic, collaborative, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills in German and English.
Location for this position is Vienna.

For legal reasons, we are required to state that the collective agreement minimum full-time salary for this position is €2,879 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation packages are benchmarked against current market salaries and therefore significantly exceed the stated minimum salary.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
