Key areas of Focus
- SAP BPC system administration Support for enterprise-wide finance planning of FTE and compensation across business areas and facilitate continuous improvement efforts towards the planning, forecasting and long-range plan.
- Participate on project team to facilitate enhancements to Headcount compensation planning system administrator including requirements gathering, technical design, development, reconciliation, system testing, User acceptance testing, and cutover of an enterprise planning solution.
- Requires strong understanding of the Headcount and compensation planning and consolidation process as well as requirements for management reporting.
- Continuously and proactively improve the environment to enrich experience by contributing to training documentation and support for end users.
- Develop, maintain, and improve documentation on key business processes and procedures in compliance with Internal control policies
- Support automation of processes with current and future application flows. Send upstream system monthly workday population files for business actual reporting.
- Support integration of SAP BPC planning with Workday, and PAID file from SAP and Fieldglass including sourcing actuals, reconciling and data analytics.
- Test technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations.
- Experience supporting SAP BPC as system administrator for a minimum of 5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting required.
- Located in New Jersey area with ability to work in office 1 day a week depending on deadlines.
- Strong Analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes.
- Understanding /Acumen of Finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, accounting close process.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels
- Ability to understand the needs of the various business teams to appropriately plan for growth and change
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions
- Ability to work independently and be goal oriented, as well as work as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
