Job Description

Allergan Aesthetics direct contracts with customers; Price and brand portfolio value being primary incentive drivers. The Finance Manager Gross to Net Governance and Pricing will be responsible for 3 critical components of Pricing adherence: (1) Assess Commercial program proposals for downstream Government and audit implications, (2) Quarterly contract renewals and offer negotiation support and (3) Audit systematic and manual price changes for accuracy.  Incumbent will be in a position of authority to directly interact with multiple stakeholders within Finance and Allergan Data Labs (A-DL).       

Responsibilities:

  • Review Commercial program proposals, investigate and liaison with US Contracts and Pricing Finance team to assess Government reporting implications (i.e. AMP, Best Price, product un-bundling). Determine program feasibility, operational requirements and advise Sr. Management.
  • Prepare documentation as needed in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Interpret and translate Tableau-automated recommendations into useable Excel format for Field Marketing partners to initiate Discovery contract calls.
  • Be the subject matter expert through ownership of Quarterly contracting process: Excel model, Budgetary and Finance approval management, impact valuation and documentation controls.
  • Prepare consolidated recommendations for multiple SoldTo entities (i.e. PE firms/Franchises).
  • Ongoing ad hoc modeling, prepare and present status reports throughout iterative process.
  • Price instant discounts and rebates are managed through SAP which feeds downstream systems for calculation. Responsible for oversight of Loyalty Operations input to ensure loaded per contract term/program guidance, reducing manual adjustments and mitigating price risk. 
  • Provide additional support for data integration efforts including Alle for Business and 1Platform.
  • Responsible for timely communication of status and issues that could impact timelines.

   

 

 


Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree, with emphasis in finance or accounting preferred

• 7+ years related work experience

• Ability to work productively within a team environment and perform duties independently while keeping Finance management informed. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as job responsibilities include communicating with various levels of management.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining highly complex Excel financial models

• Requires an ability to respond to change and reprioritization to satisfy demands of a rapidly changing environment.

• Strong computer skills including Excel spreadsheets, advanced modeling, and systems (SAP, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Tableau, Model N).  SQL knowledge a plus.

• Must be comfortable breaking down large amounts of data.

• Knowledge of Allergan brands, Cash pay vs. reimbursement distribution models, AbbVie/Allergan reporting systems and Gross to Net highly preferred.

Partners with AA Contracting and Loyalty teams, Field Marketing, ADL analytics team, BTS and Finance
