The Manager, Price Forecasting is responsible for Humira Gross-to-Net (GTN) sales planning and reporting, estimating rebates/discounts and providing ad hoc financial analysis as needed. The Manager, Price Forecasting is also responsible for providing financial leadership to the Market Access and Brand team in development of the Plans, LRPs and LBEs. This position reports to the Associate Director, Humira Price Forecasting. The Manager, Price Forecasting is expected to operate independently to accomplish the goals and responsibilities of the position; however, alignment with the Associate Director is critical due to the nature of the role. In addition, the Manager has a high degree of freedom to independently set priorities so that both planned and unplanned departmental objectives are achieved. This position supports and communicates with all levels of operating and financial management on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and reporting for Humira rebates, discounts, and utilization for all financial cycles.
Prepare all required schedules and leverage financial systems (BPC, QlikView, PowerBI) for monthly close and financial cycles.
Work closely with Market Access and Pricing to review the Gross-to-Net (GTN) forecast.
Understand and discuss all price related variances for month-end close and Plan/LRP/LBE.
Conduct price scenario analysis for various planning cycles.
Provide support for the Humira reserve balance sheet process.
Work with forecasting and commercial finance to present a consolidated net sales message.
Additional ad-hoc project work and analysis.
Manage a complex erosion model to forecast channel-based demand in close partnership with Volume Forecasting and multiple business partners for data feeds.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance required
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred
Prefer experience in Pricing, Forecasting, or FP&A
The ability to interact with and support senior level management and to partner effectively and independently in a matrix organization
Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high energy level
Requires an ability to respond to change and reprioritization to satisfy demands of a rapidly changing environment.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills; BPC knowledge is a plus
The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes
A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output
Proficient in creating and maintaining highly complex Excel financial models
Open to new ideas, creative and utilizes value-added principles in approach

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. 106500 - 202500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
