The Compliance Analytics & Monitoring Manager leads proactive compliance monitoring and data-driven insights initiatives for International Marketing Commercial Operations (IMCO) and International Market Access and Pricing (IMAP). In addition to driving effective monitoring, this role champions the use of advanced data analytics to detect trends, identify root causes, and share actionable insights across international business units. The role reports to the Associate Finance Director, International Marketing – Specialty Products.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive annual compliance monitoring and analytics plan, aligning with business goals and OEC requirements.
- Integrate advanced data analytics to proactively identify compliance risks, operational trends, and improvement opportunities, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Share insights and recommendations cross-functionally, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a data-driven thought leader by introducing innovative analytics approaches, reporting dashboards, and initiatives that elevate the compliance program.
- Review existing governance around IMCO & IMAP monitoring practices, propose enhancements, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with OEC Operations, OEC International Excellence Group and other cross-functional groups to assess interdependence, drive better alignment, and enhance agility of compliance practices.
- Co-design and present process enhancements and corrective action plans to the Compliance Review Committee (CRC).
- Chair the CRC and foster solutions-based, open dialogue.
- Manage investigations of compliance incidents arising from monitoring and referrals, leveraging analytics to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRC Annual Charter.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics and insights support as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years' relevant experience with a strong compliance and/or audit foundation, ideally with hands-on experience applying data analytics within compliance functions.
- Demonstrated independent, proactive approach with ability to take initiative and contribute ideas to elevate role and insights through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports, dashboards, and presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, solutions-focused mindset with a record of proposing and implementing new ideas.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building competencies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and compliance systems (e.g., Veeva, SAP, NorthStar, etc.).

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
