Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the brand team understanding of marketplace performance & opportunities through tracking & analysis of physician, account, patient, & competitive data at a national & sub-national level.
- Develop fact-based promotional investment strategies & guide investment decisions from marketing mix/business optimization & other analysis to optimize performance, influence business growth & inform annual financial forecasting & brand planning process.
- Develop near-term KPIs &longer-term ROI measurements that will inform recommendations to optimize promotional channels.
- Involved with financial planning process, responsible for input into financial planning process & key conduit to Forecasting for monthly estimates, annual plan & long-range plan deliverables.
- Understand sub-national drivers of cross-brand performance, providing more granularity to performance dynamics across distribution channels & customers.
- Leverage analytic models that address critical issues but also meet key business criteria & technical criteria.
- Work with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics reflecting diverse contributions across functions.
- Lead contract support, & external suppliers to increase use of advanced modeling & analytic methods.
Education & Experience
Must have Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, sales, engineering, or quantitative analysis & 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis of sales & marketing information in the pharmaceutical industry. Of work experience required, must have 3 years preparing & presenting quantitative analysis, orally & in writing, in PowerPoint for leadership. Of work experience required, must have 1 year: (i) managing quantitative analysis projects incorporating machine learning & predictive analytics, & presenting to business stakeholders; (ii) gaining insights & processing data working with one of the following 3rd party pharmaceutical data sources IQVIA, SHS Sales Data or Specialty pharmacy data; (iii) managing data or analytics support vendors leveraging project management skills; & (iv) working with a large, multi- site matrixed organization. Work experience may be gained concurrently.
Salary Range: $142,140.00 - $202,500.00 per year.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
