Job Summary:
AbbVie Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Analytics Solutions to join our dynamic Winning with Data team. As the Manager, Analytics Solutions, you will lead the local dashboarding strategy, partnering with commercial and sales stakeholders to translate business needs into comprehensive reporting requirements. Collaborating closely with Business Technology Solutions Team (BTS), Advanced customer engagement (ACE), and the global Winning with Data (WWD) team, you will ensure technical alignment, advocate for affiliate needs, and integrate global analytics tools—driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement at the affiliate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage local stakeholders, managing the analytics project lifecycle from requirements gathering to pilot, scale-up, and full deployment within the affiliate.
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for reporting tools within the affiliate, ensuring seamless integration of both locally developed solutions and those provided by global teams.
- Set the vision for AI and predictive analytics integration into reporting tools.
- Translate data into actionable insights that address the needs of local commercial teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the implementation of global data reporting initiatives within the affiliate, ensuring successful local deployment and integration.
- Develop deep expertise in AbbVie’s data environment, focusing on the affiliate’s context and requirements.
- Define local data needs in collaboration with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) partners, ensuring robust data structures for affiliate analytics.
- Prioritize and communicate affiliate feedback and needs to the global team, ensuring ongoing alignment and improvement.
- Lead change management, knowledge sharing, and engagement initiatives to drive the adoption of analytics at the affiliate level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, statistics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or data translation roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in visualizing data insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms; experience with Palantir Foundry is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
- Project management experience an asset.
- AI/Predictive analytics experience an asset.
- UX/UI design experience an asset.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
