Provide service to the laboratory in different areas like glassware cleaning/drying, receive/document/store reagents and maintains inventory of materials used in the laboratory. Generate work orders to maintain the laboratory and facilities working properly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform purchases for the laboratory area keeping appropriate inventories.
- Provide maintenance to glassware from the chemical and micro laboratories including washing, drying and storage making sure the workflow is kept.
- Receive and distribute laboratory materials and equipment as applicable.
- Perform and follow-up work orders (W.O.) to request repairs for the maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Handling and disposition of wastes, including hazardous wastes and reagents as per establish procedures. Perform the shipment of laboratory samples as per established procedure.
- Perform housekeeping to the different laboratory areas and maintain the laboratory organized.
- Keep the inventories of reagents, glassware, HPLC/GC columns and others without impacting the laboratory tasks. It includes the initiation of PO to the purchases and the follow-up until the material arrived to the laboratory.
- Receive and label the laboratory reagents.
- File the laboratory batch records and maintain organized and accessible in the designated area.
- Handle materials and service suppliers (when needed).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, required.
- Basic computer systems proficiency, required.
- Basic English language proficiency.
- Good interpersonal skills and capacity to work in teams.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors includinggeographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
