Job Summary :
Key Account Manager is the one who play major role in developing the key strategies to drive growth of Allergan Aesthetics (AA) key potential accounts with ensure the excellent in execution of key marketing activities and all training program by tailor made the program to match the need of each account which aim to gain competitive advantage to maintain the market leader position of toxins and fillers and improve patient outcomes by building a strong professional partnership with our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Focus (50%)
• Lead the development of effective account plans that are realistic, properly resourced and appropriately sponsored, by both Allergan and the account.
• Engage consultatively with account(s), KAM and internal cross-functional team members to explore and develop new possibilities for value co-creation and mutual growth.
• Develop and implement strategies that differentiate Allergan from other providers in our markets while evolving our engagement with key/strategic accounts to higher levels of effectiveness.
• Conduct and facilitate ongoing collaborative strategy and visioning sessions with the account to drive co-discovery of new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure that strategic account planning processes and best practices are properly and effectively implemented and deployed
Customer Focus (30%)
• Develop understanding of the account’s business that includes their pressures and drivers, objectives and plans, as well as their related internal challenges and problems.
• Maintain working knowledge of the account’s business model, including their strategic goals and objectives, position within their markets and their most significant competitors.
• Evaluate and assess account needs and requirements on an ongoing basis and engage account in collaborative discussions with cross-functional team members to explore possibilities and potential areas for value co-creation and co-innovation.
• Ensure ongoing knowledge of Allergan’s business history with the account, and further ensure that this knowledge is properly shared across the Allergan cross-functional team.
Partnership and Leadership (20%) :
• Build and grow strong trust-based relationships with account stakeholders. understanding what matters most to them and engaging in ways that positively supports Allergan’s overall relationship and credibility with them.
• Develop and grow a network of account relationships with Allergan by effectively aligning the cross-functional team with the account’s team and ensuring that each side has adequate understanding of the goals and objectives of the other.
• Provide leadership in communicating, brainstorming and presenting account strategies with members of the Allergan cross-functional team.
• Lead the cross-functional team in developing and communicating effective strategies based on compelling account-specific value propositions that result in value co-creation and co-innovation with strategic accounts.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmaceutical Science or healthcare related degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within a sales/marketing role and at least 3 years people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, enabling a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Good strategic thinking and people management

• Reasonable understanding of financial reports / budgets / sales forecasts
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, specifically relating to financial and customer information
• Good English communication
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, linked with a passion that has an impact
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a team atmosphere and work cooperatively with other teams
• Good people management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines
• Strong general computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales and the medical aesthetics market
• Positive thinking and good team player
