Buscamos un Key Account Manager (KAM) altamente estratégico y orientado a la ejecución para liderar cuentas de distribución especializada dentro del negocio de Eye Care en México, enfocado en canales como botiquín médico, hospitales escuela y distribuidores especializados.
Liderar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con distribuidores especializados y stakeholders clave del canal médico e institucional.
* Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante estrategias de sell-in y sell-out enfocadas en la expansión del portafolio de oftalmología y eye care.
* Desarrollar y ejecutar JBPs alineados a las prioridades del cliente, objetivos comerciales y planes anuales del negocio.
* Dar seguimiento y gestionar indicadores comerciales clave como:
* Sell-out & Sell-in
*Rentabilidad- Margen
* DOH
* Forecast y Planeación de demanda
* Cobertura y métricas de ejecución
* Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a través de insights de mercado, análisis comercial y cercanía con el cliente.
* Coordinar iniciativas cross-functional con equipos de Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply, Trade, Legal y Compliance para asegurar una ejecución ágil y alineada.
Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Ciencias de la Salud o afín.
* +5 años de experiencia en Key Account Management, Comercial o Ventas dentro de industrias farmacéuticas, dispositivos médicos, eye care o relacionadas.
* Experiencia manejando distribuidores especializados, cuentas institucionales o canales médicos.
* Experiencia en Oftalmología, Eye Care, OTC/RX, Consumo o categorías afines es altamente deseable.
* Experiencia comprobada desarrollando y ejecutando JBPs y planes comerciales interdisciplinarios.
* Capacidad analítica y experiencia gestionando indicadores comerciales y financieros.
* Conocimiento en forecast, inventarios, planeación de demanda y manejo de KPIs comerciales.
* Inglés avanzado conversacional y escrito.
* Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación e influencia.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
