Job Description

In this talent pipeline requisition, we are not actively recruiting for this position at the moment. Purpose:

  • Set-up, Supervise and manage central support services like cafeteria, pest control, landscaping, life safety systems, facility cleaning.
  • Generate plans and implement projects for new and re-configured offices and interiors.
  • Set up and manage maintenance activities of facility and central services equipment including boom lifts, kitchen, cleaning equipment and other architectural items to achieve excellence in service levels and maintenance.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems and plans for implementation of central services
  • Develop Standard operating procedures to control and manage essential cGMP services like pest control
  • Negotiate the contracts for pest control, cafeteria operations, landscaping, recycling services and refuse collection
  • Ensure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people who work in them
  • Make sure that the inside of the building is arranged to make the best use of space
  • Approve interventions and chemicals used in pest control, cleaning in conjunction with QA
  • Keep up to date with legislation and environmental standards and make sure systems and processes comply
  • Ensure timely response to issues such as pest infestation,
  • Implement a program to provide necessary support beyond normal working hours
  • Actively engaged in developing specifications for new office build-outs and manage these projects subsequently
  • To liaise with regulatory authorities and external agencies for licenses and other approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Engineering
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of cGMP is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in start-ups and setting up central services from scratch
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Power point, Project)
  • Ability to lead teams including external contractors
  • Excellent team player willing to work for the common goal
