The Inventory Planner II is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials and products within the organization. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material availability, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support production and customer needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track and expedite shipments.
- Coordinate and work with internal teams, quality, engineering, operations on material risks and drive issues to resolution.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze supply and demand to optimize inventory and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
- Place purchase requisitions in SAP & SRM.
- Perform Weekly MRP and Project Health Checks.
- Maintain standardized process files.
- Prepare inventory and supply chain reports for management review.
- Assist with implementing process improvements and best practices in supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to materials and inventory management.
- Support material and supply chain setup activities.
- Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management
- 3 years’ work experience in a similar environment, is preferred
- Must be experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Be a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for results
- Must possess good analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- Excellent organizational skills are required
- Proven strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to step up and takes leadership to own challenges
- Persistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles, and resolves issues in a timely
manner

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
64000 - 122000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
