We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our Payroll Team with administrative, and other HR-related tasks.
Payroll Team in Kraków covers 49 countries in the region and is part of an international EMEA HR team, that is supporting AbbVie’s 15.000 employees in the region.
The Payroll intern’s duties include updating internal databases, supporting payroll reporting, taking part in project work. You should also be able to work independently, work in MS office, and have interpersonal skills.
- During Bachelor or Master’s degree with Human Resources/Economy or similar major
- Practical computer skills
- Experience with Excel is a must
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
- Willing to gain knowledge in Payroll area
- Availability to work min 30h every week
Responsibilities:
- Maintain data in our HR system (Workday)
- Manage HR documentation
- Support in payroll month end close reporting
- Answer basic employees’ enquiries
- Support with triaging cases
