The Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of the marketing strategies and tactics related to HCP promotion and Standard of Care at the International Areas, and Country-Affiliate level for Rinvoq and Skyrizi. The Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple commercial operation departments, areas & affiliates to ensure success in product support and sales execution. Internally, the MM will foster positive working relationships with the medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams. Externally, the MM works with various agencies, consultants and physicians to successfully drive the business and the Standard of Care projects. The MM does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to lead cross functionally and build a collaborative and integrated commercial team and the Spondylarthritis International Brand Team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop strategies and tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for Standard of Care
- Manage and lead external medical conferences/ congresses and engage with external customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders where appropriate
- Proactively support the affiliates develop SoC materials in collaboration with differentiation lead colleagues.
- Participate in local market and patient immersions to better understand local market drivers and dynamics
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate
- Manage internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners
- Perform budget tracking
- Participate in cross-functional teams
- May participate in cross-brand (Skyrizi/Rinvoq/Humira) projects within Immunology Portfolio
- Participating in Market Research as appropriate
- Communicate up, down, and laterally in an effective manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG)
- 2-3 years of marketing (brand or product management) experience
- Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Pay Range: $
106500 - 202500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
