The Director, Brand Team Lead FL, IMCO will be responsible for being the steward of our global brand strategy and execution across international markets, partnering with our affiliates, US and our Global partner (Genmab) to:
- Provide overarching leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, execution and resource investment for the brand.
- Lead the Global Alliance Brand Plan development (on-market and pipeline indications), ensuring alignment with the US team, affiliates and alliance partner
- Prepare and launch new indications that have been accelerated in ~1.5 years (launches expected by 2H 2026), while maximizing on-market indications
- Develop and execute a portfolio brand plan and overall strategy across all lines of treatment
- Formulate and adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results.
- Manage 3 direct reports and collaborate with several cross functional stakeholders internally and externally
- Be the commercial international voice across several internal and alliance governances, providing leadership, direction and ensuring cross functional alignment across AbbVie, and alliance partner

- 10+ years of Global commercial and marketing experience - required
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
- Prior global launch experience in hematology (NHL diseases) - preferred
- Prior Alliance experience is a plus

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
