As an Infield Team Excellence Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our infield teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to succeed.
This role is based in the office and may be located in either our Montreal or Markham office.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for Veeva CRM, managing system design, testing, and deployment.
- Field Enablement: Lead onboarding and training for infield teams, ensuring optimal adoption supportive tools to optimize business.
- Project Management: Coordinate system rollouts, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitor in field execution, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in CRM management or field operations within pharma/life sciences.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and related platforms (Salesforce, Power BI).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and drive change.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
