We are seeking a HR Trainee to join our team in the Portuguese Affiliate (Lisbon). As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of HR themes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participate in candidate evaluations.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
HR Operations:
•Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
•Assist in benefits administration and support HR projects as assigned
•Assist in the payroll processing and gain an understanding of legal labor laws and legal requirements.
Talent and Development:
•Support training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
•Collaborate with HR professionals to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant sessions.
Requirements
•Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
•Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
