PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. The HR Specialist will support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and a range of HR projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating onboarding and engagement programs, assisting with process improvements, supporting HR reporting and data tracking, and contributing to the execution of people-related projects that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate HR campaigns such as engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and wellness programs
- Assist in employee engagement programs, HR communications, and internal events
- Provide support for employee queries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR team member when necessary
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, trackers, and presentations as required
- Track project timelines, update action items, and support stakeholder follow-up
- Help streamline HR processes through documentation, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support change management activities related to HR transformation projects
- Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to implement key people initiatives
- University degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to prioritize important projects
- Highly motivated team player who is adaptable, mature, meticulous, self-driven and customer-service oriented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
