Job Description

Reports directly to HR Director Baltics and Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

Purpose:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employee management in assigned business units. The role serves as a partner to the management on HR-related issues and provides coaching to leaders on employee-related matters. The HRBP acts as a change agent and works to improve business performance, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary strategic partner to the managers and employees.
  • Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services.
  • Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs.
  • Acts as the ambassador of the HR organization and represents the services and resources available to the business and helps to manage the collective reputation of the HR organization as a whole.
  • Coordinates and implements HR projects to meet organizational needs of all segments of the business. Contributes to the performance and talent management cycles. Leads managers capability development (including development trainings, coaching).
  • Contributes to the talent acquisition strategy and execution that results in attracting the strongest talent. Collaborates with internal recruiters where required, supports in Onboarding, ensuring IT accesses are set etc.
  • Manages local personnel records related to employment documentation, time and attendance, business trips, orders, labour books, time tables etc, according to local requirements.
  • Provides all necessary inputs for payroll, ensures payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Supports the planning, design, evaluation and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of all HR policies and procedures and provides guidance to employees when needed.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, policies and practices.
  • Manages HR related vendors and their administration in collaboration with Purchasing team, ensuring the budgeting and purchase orders are prepared.
  • Act as local work safety representative to ensure compliance with local laws and statutory requirements.
  • Act as local labor legislation subject matter expert, track changes, act as an adviser to managers on labor law related matters.
  • Supopport with HR related reports, communications, regional and global requests.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • University degree with at least 5 years’ experience as Human Resources generalist preferably in international companies including work with company provided systems, databases, documentation management and payroll.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities preferred.
  • Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
  • Knowledge of local labour legislation and requirements.
  • Excellent administrative, analytical and data processing skills.
  • Capability of handling multiple priorities, thorough attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a complex environment.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, presentation skills.
  • Excellent Ukrainian and English languages.
  • IT conversant.
