Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contributes to the development  and deliver the HR Strategy plan which supports the overall strategic objectives of the business.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to management and employees on the HR cycle
  • Design & implement local development programs across all levels of the organization to ensure future talent is developed including leadership development programs.
  • Support & realize changes in organizational structure and implement initiatives that promote organizational and individual effectiveness.
  • Responsible for all HR branding & communications related activities
  • Develops & executes Culture and Employee engagement initiatives to assure positive employee relations and promote a great place to work culture within the organization.
  • Provide HR analytics relating to areas of responsibility to management and function as required.
  • Partner with Global Functional HR & Business Leaders on several HR topics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to implement TA strategies for the affiliate.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Business Studies/HR or other relevant discipline
  • 5-10 years relevant experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
  • Solid understanding of  business concepts, organizational effectiveness and HR  practices
  • Good knowledge of Greek employment law
  • Experience with working in an international, corporate, matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Τeamplayer mentality
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
