HR Business Partner Gulf Levant
The HR Business Partner is a strategic and trusted partner to the organization, in talent development, finding talent, and shaping culture necessary to accomplish our business strategies to make a remarkable impact on patients around the world. They will serve as a strategic partner to the Gulf Levant affiliate. This role is responsible for leveraging best-in-class HR practices to continually construct, deliver, and support programs that establish AbbVie as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business leaders and their organization, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions. Coach/mentor and consult leaders for leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Ensuring the effective “delivery” of all HR programs and services. Responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs, including relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.
- Partnering with people leaders to shape our culture of high employee engagement, high performance and diversity and inclusion.
- Leading HR solutions and initiatives to find and develop talent while leveraging AbbVie’s best in-class HR practices. Develops recommendations to address resource and skill needs.
- Facilitating, implementing, and modeling change to address organization effectiveness and the evolution of service provided to patients.
- Prioritizing critical projects based on business needs and available resources. Ensure that day-to-day activities are moving forward.
- Championing AbbVie ways of working with leaders by modeling, educating, and coaching on these behaviors.
