AbbVie is recruiting a Global Transparency Senior Analyst, reporting to the Global Transparency Associate Director and supporting the Ethics and Compliance Division.
By integrating AbbVie as a Global Transparency Senior Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for HCP/HCO disclosure questions escalated from A ffiliates and HQ, coordinate global and region (A rea ) - wide in itiatives and facilitate affiliate activity where required . This position will collaborate with A ffiliates and Area management to ensure proper organizational alignment, governance, roles and responsibilities, training and communication plans have been developed that are consistent with the affiliate reporting obligations. The successful candidate will become a global expert in HCP/HCO disclosure obligations, covered recipients identification/tracking and supporting technology solutions.
Within this context, your principal responsibilities will be to:
- Serve as content expert answering HCP/HCO disclosure related questions related to country obligations, covered recipients and Enterprise covered-recipient master data and data maintenance processes.
- Coordinate and align affiliate and area resources supporting process and technology deployments required for country disclosures.
- Provide process and procedural guidance to affiliates’ points of contact on how to optimize HCP/HCO disclosure process and technology solutions.
- Review and evaluate affiliate business processes for alignment with HCP/HCO Transfer of Value ( ToV ) data collection, verification and publication processes .
Are you the right fit for the role?
Our Global Transparency team is looking for someone who has a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and at least t hree years’ experience in accounting/finance or a process related support role ( QA, P urchasing, C omOps, e tc ) and one to three years’ experience in compliance or HCP/HCO disclosure is preferred (affiliate or business unit) .
In addition to this education and experience, candidates should have the following :
Knowledge and Skills
- Affiliate financial and back-office operations experience
- Country legislative or trade association disclosure obligations
- Company or Affiliate policies, procedures and processes related to interactions with covered recipients
- Systems and processes that capture ToVs and covered recipient master data
- Clear and effective communication to all levels of management
