Together, we break through – as Global Transparency Manager (all genders)
The Global Transparency Manager provides leadership and oversight for all operational aspects of OUS (Outside of US) Transparency reporting across affiliates. They will ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence, guiding the execution, enhancement, and optimization of processes and technology systems supporting HCP/HCO disclosure activities. They are responsible for setting operational goals, driving technology adoption, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing high-performing teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant transparency reporting in accordance with both local and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end operational execution of OUS Transparency reporting, ensuring all activities meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the implementation and continual optimization of technology platforms for HCP/HCO data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Support development of a team of operational staff, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
- Act as the principal operational liaison for affiliates and global partners, resolving escalated issues, aligning on solutions, and promoting best practices.
- Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to drive process improvements and support strategic objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives in operational processes and technology use.
- Oversee the development and delivery of operational training, ensuring affiliate teams are equipped with knowledge and tools for compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and business functions to ensure operational processes and technologies remain aligned with evolving business and regulatory needs.
- Ensure robust documentation and governance of operational processes, system changes, and controls.
- Represent OUS Transparency Operations in cross-functional and external benchmarking initiatives to drive operational excellence and maintain industry leadership.
Travel: Approximately 5-10%
- Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 4-6 years in Corporate Compliance within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, or similar transferable experience.
- Experience with Analytics tools and systems, regulatory/legal, global risk management, also a plus.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in compliance or HCP/HCO disclosure.
- Leadership, organization, analytics, project management and team building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and technical skills in English.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust strategy based on the evolving business.
- Ability to learn, understand and guide in order to bring the best solution or alternatives that supports an efficient and effective Compliance program.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Visio, Power Point, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), systems and structures that facilitate an efficient and effective compliance program.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
