Your Role:
Responsible for supporting the FD in structuring and managing cross-functional and strategic projects driving simplification, business growth, improvements in agility standards, optimization in financial performance as well as maximization of existing resources and tools. The position will demand proactive engagement of multiple stakeholders, navigating cross functionally, structuring project plans and business cases, perform relevant analysis, measuring key performance drivers, drive the necessary communication campaigns and training across business and support functions. While acting, agility and pragmatism will be key moving complex projects forward and exposure to AMT and Regional/Global functions will be constant. Strong background in finance, project management, and strategic planning, along with excellent analytical and communication skills are pivotal to make this position valuable to the organization.
You will be responsible for:
· Lead the planning and execution of complex and high impact projects with focus on Finance processes. - Orchestrate activities across multiple functions and drive execution as per determined timelines.
· Lead and oversee strategic finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and milestones.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, business areas, global functions, and senior leadership to develop actionable plans for execution
· Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making for any strategic initiatives requiring investments.
· Develop all necessary KPIs to monitor project outcomes such as agility, productivity, and accuracy.
· Oversee new business dynamics and map potential improvements needed across all Finance areas.
· Consolidate, track, and follow up ensuring pace to Road Map of opportunities as well as measuring efforts, resources to define priorities.
· Explore possible partnerships and ventures for new or transitioned business models and segments.
· Oversee Finance Transformation initiatives to be deployed and coordinate implementation action plans.
· Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and board members. Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Pre-requirements:
· Deep and solid experience in years of strategic finance, project management and/or business development experience;
· Experience Pharma business is preferred;
· Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the successful execution of strategic finance initiatives.
· Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy and reliability of finance support.
· Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial or operational risks as part of projects assessments. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to proactively manage risks and uncertainties.
· Simplification and innovation mindset to foster optimization initiatives.
· Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, board members, and external partners.
· Financial acumen across financial performance drivers and core processes & systems.
· Stakeholder engagement and influencing through creating shared vision and robust communication plans to ensure the best cross-functional thinking and results.
· A proven pragmatic thinker, who can translate project plans into practical, competitive, executable, and impactful deliverables.
· Ability to measure project efforts, resourcing and KPIs.
· Ability to leverage technology to drive improvements.
· Ability to organize deliverables, deadlines, high-quality execution, and timely tracking.
· Conducting contextualized, decision-quality scenario analysis.
· Advanced project management and organizational skills
· Degree in Finance, Administration, Business management or related areas.
· Fluent in Portuguese and English
· Spanish is a plus

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
