Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to prepare the planning, consolidation and reporting activities and related deliverables of the International Commercial Organization. The planning activities include the preparation of the Plan and LRP processes, the related reporting activities and other executive deliverables as needed, enhancing the management decision-making process. This position should also contribute actively to the improvement of the International planning and reporting processes, as well as to the IMCO Finance projects and tools/reports development. This position requires a collaborative individual, results oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, with good presentation and storytelling skills, able to perform with a high degree of autonomy and pro-activity in identifying and proposing solutions. The reporting line is to the IMCO Associate Director INTL Consolidation.

Responsibilities:

Consolidate the International financials (TA’s and non-TA’s, INTL HQ and IMAP) for PLN and LRP, loading data BPC, delivering high quality information and supporting the preparation of the presentations (overview and financials) to the International, IMCO, IMAP and Finance leadership teams

Prepare an ACT report with performance drivers (including D2.0): gather commentaries from TAs and submit to GCF as needed

Consolidate LBE Financials and support the preparation of the deck for Finance S&OP, Exec S&OP and Jeff Business Review

Prepare consolidated submission for GCF (RF, additional files…). Document changes and perform recycles for IMCO, IMAP, Intl HQ (RF)

Support the S&OP process and coordinate with Areas and Supply Chain on ad hoc topics (supply issues, backorders risk….)

Coordinate with PCS on pipeline topics affecting International organization and ensuring the right alignment for Plan and LRP processes with the respective TA’s

Active contribution to the improvement of the International planning and reporting processes, namely Plan and LRP, identifying the areas of improvement/optimization and developing the appropriate action plans, as well as participate actively in IMCO Finance projects and tools/reports development

Develop the right tools and reports to support the PLN & LRP processes

Prepare and review Numero Uno with management

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

Requires 7 years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience, including FP&A, ideally in the pharma industry

Strong analytical skills – able to synergize data into information to make decisions, able to make recommendations and proposals

Demonstrated ability working in a matrix organization, building strong partnerships, influencing without direct authority and accessing available resources

Process focused with experience in implementing process improvements or other change management initiatives

Ability and desire to proactively search and direct efforts to find solutions and achieve results

Strong communication skills, able to summarize complex business dynamics into deliverables for executives

Ability to operate independently, managing multiple processes and meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities

Technical skills, knowledge of systems such as SAP, HFM, TM1, PorwerBi, etc.

IMCO Finance Director, IMCO Finance team, Global Commercial Finance, IMCO leadership team, International leadership team, Areas Finance teams and PCS team
