Purpose
The Finance Lead, Price Strategy & Governance (FL) supports and partners with the Loyalty Operations and Contracting teams in Allergan Aesthetics. The FL will design and execute business controls over price loading in SAP, Conga and other relevant systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of customer discounts. Additionally, the FL will focus on business strategy, analytics, and modeling to deliver gross to net insights to the business in ways that make significant impact. For example, key responsibilities include building complex financial models on new HCP loyalty programs and other exploratory pricing mechanisms such as machine leasing, promotions, and cross-brand bundling. The FL is responsible for implementation of business controls and performance tracking to mitigate price exposure and volume loss while ensuring successful pricing pilots to further business strategy. This role will provide strategic and tactical analytical support and recommendations through the analysis and interpretation of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust monitoring controls, SOPs, and documentation for price loading with a focus on accuracy, completeness, consistency in execution, and traceability. Execute business controls, summarize findings to executive AA leadership, and remediate any gaps.
- Oversee the progress/status of specific customer loyalty program participants through governance. Partner closely with Physician Loyalty and Contracting teams on controls over customer pricing and share best practices. Support career development, skills, and knowledge for junior team members.
- Support data standardization efforts, enhanced system integration, reporting, and controls within the realm of AA’s various systems that contain customer pricing data.
- Support implementation of robust financial controls per AbbVie internal audit recommendations for contracts, pricing, and customer loyalty programs. Support AA teams on closure and documenting internal audit findings as needed.
- Support modeling and analytics on customer performance for quarterly commercial leadership review meetings and ad hoc business needs.
- Drive alignment with BI Analytics on customer loyalty pilot designs, sales assumptions, and calculation methodologies for feasibility assessment of potential customer loyalty program redesign in 2026. Engage in strategic financial discussions and planning, providing metrics to Management, and outline any gaps or risks in modeling exercise.
- Execute scenario modelling for pricing models and other strategic pricing mechanisms. Create complex financial models to revise commercial assumptions and assess potential revenue impact of new pricing strategy for the US business.
- Investigate potential financial impacts of strategic price mechanisms by brand for discounts, rebate promotions, capital equipment leasing, cross-selling, product bundles or other strategic offers. Provide financial insight on gross to net financial impact.
- Create financial models that quantify the risks and opportunities for various strategic options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred. MBA and /or CPA designation a plus.
- 6+ years of progressive and related experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.
- Ability to work productively within a team environment and perform duties independently while keeping Finance management informed. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as job responsibilities include communicating with various levels of management.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining highly complex Excel financial models.
- Must be comfortable breaking down large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of Allergan brands, AbbVie/Allergan reporting systems and Gross to Net preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
