AbbVie has been a leading company within the Immunology field for a long time and continues to engage and invest in the exciting Immunology areas Rheumatology, Dermatology and Gastroenterology. In the coming years, we will launch both existing and new compounds within several indications.

About the position
As Field Brand Manager you are part of a high performing, skillful cross-functional In Field Team and you report to the Scandinavian Sales manager. You are responsible for leading the Tactical planning process and ensuring tactical execution built on the Scandinavian brand strategy. You have an important informal leadership of the cross functional team, where energy is strong, and the team spirit is high.
You will gather market insights and customer experience to ensure that the In Field Team can focus and deliver on customer- and patient-centric strategies and tactics. Navigate the matrix to ensure appropriate shared goals and KPI´s are set in the In Field Team.
As a Field Brand Manager in our team, you will play a significant role in the strategic and operational planning and implementation of initiatives to ensure successful development of our brands. In collaboration with the cross-functional team as well as external key stakeholders, develop and lead initiatives that aim to increase standard of care within Immunology, and maximize opportunities within the existing tender structure.
You are also responsible for building new relations with key stakeholders as well as maintaining existing relations, such as external experts and decision makers. In this role you also develop local messages and materials.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we expect you to have:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas: biological/medical science, pharmacy, business economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience from the biotech/pharmaceutical industry where Brand Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager and/or MSL experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate the cross functional team.
- Strong business acumen and with strategic and patient centric mindset.
- Fluent in Danish/Norwegian/Swedish and English both in speaking and writing
- Ability to translate scientific data into market communication.
- Interest and skills regarding communication in diverse channels.
