Job Description

Executive Director, Skincare & Contouring will lead Skincare and Contouring team in achieving its strategic objectives and financial performance, be responsible for developing and executing SkinMedica and CoolSculpting sales/marketing/consumer training strategy, driving sales growth, and ensuring the overall success of SkinMedica and CoolSculpting.

Around 100 HC; SkinMedica brand team + CoolSculpting brand team + national training team + national sales team

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement SkinMedica and Coolsculpting strategic plan to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage the brand's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Build and manage a team of professionals including marketing, sales,  training. Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the brand's marketing and advertising activities, including social media, influencer marketing, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders including physicians, medical institutions, online/offline distributors, and other business partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and drive growth.
  • Oversee the product registration process and ensure new products are launched on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the skincare and medical aesthetics industry, with a proven track record of success in brand management and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of skincare and aesthetics industry trends, customer needs, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
