Responsible for credit and accrual rebate process, in line with commercial agreements for pharma markets in Cluster North LATAM countries.
- Carry out the monthly settlement of the rebate notes of the Cluster North, ensuring that the conditions stablished in commercial agreements with clients are met, ensuring the documentation of the supports and management of the required approvals in accordance with current policies.
- Track of the generation of notes, ensuring their monitoring and control to keep contractual commitments with customers up to date.
- Perform analysis of the generation of notes by portfolio and customer, to generate value-added information for the Commercial team and the Financial team
- Strong relations with key stakeholders: Commercial, Contracting & Tendering, Pricing, to assure optimal results in Rebates and Pricing process.
- Generate the provision of credit notes according to an estimate based on the analysis of the different variables that compose it, seeking high precision to reduce the impact on sales.
- Responsible to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures related to Rebates processes.
- Lead assigned personnel to support the rebates process, and as a process expert, provide appropriate guidance, monitor, delegate, and manage resources to ensure maximum efficiency for the successful completion of this process.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance-related discipline or sufficient experience and/or background to equate to the degree.
- Three (3) years’ experience coordinating/ handling rebates or financial related activities.

- - Maintain effective working relationships
- - Office software knowledge
- - SAP or other ERP systems knowledge strongly preferred
- - Pharmaceutical industry background preferred
- - PowerBI knowledge preferred

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
