The Director of Business Strategy and Planning leads the U.S. Commercial's future-focused business strategy and planning approach to positively affect business results. This role is a key strategic navigator with the U.S. Commercial Leadership Team and ensures alignment with the Global Commercial Team's strategic business planning approach.

Responsibilities:

• Drives the design and implementation of the U.S. integrated brand team model including strategic goal alignment approach.
• Drives the implementation of strategic brand planning process aligned around key customer insights enabling development of plans for each U.S. Commercial brand.
• Designs and implements multi-stakeholder approaches to defining, assessing and building plans that identify future-focused capabilities for the franchises based on No Number Long Range Plan findings and driven by Executive Leader insights.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• Master’s degree highly desirable to ensure ability to consult on business strategy development and analyze information to build insights.
• 15 plus years of progressive experience in highly regulated commercial business preferred; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
