Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Emerging Immunology Market Place (EIMP) Market Access strategy. Maintain a pulse on the internal and external environment while bringing forth key insights to inform recommended evolution of the access strategy. Align recommendations through Market Access and other cross-functional stakeholders to maximize performance and/or identified strategic objectives.
- Develop customized stakeholder messaging and resources for the Emerging Immunology Market Place (EIMP) partnering with Immunology Market Access Marketing brand facing colleagues, MABI and field account executives.
- Lead Emerging Immunology Market Place (EIMP) tracking and reporting of market changes. Work with key members of the Immunology Market Access team and cross-functional partners including Brand, Patient Services, and BTS to identify, evaluate and report access changes
- Lead Immunology Medicare contracting strategy. Partner with National Account Directors and internal cross-functional partners to evolve Medicare strategy and contract execution. This includes working cross-functionally to provide marketing and analytical support through the deal process and delivering marketing resources and messaging to key customer stakeholders.
- Develop customized stakeholder messaging and resources for the Medicare channel partnering with Immunology Market Access Marketing brand facing colleagues and field account executives.
- Lead or partner on special projects as needed in support of Immunology business objectives.
- Provide positive leadership and influence cultural alignment within US Market Access
- Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders and partners. Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy in day-to-day leadership and management of the business. Uses coaching effectively and efficiently to influence team and cross functional partners.
- Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and monitoring of projects by employing segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, investment optimization as needed. Able to build a value proposition by articulating the business strategy and economic choices for each stakeholder.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Marketing, Market Access, and immunology experience preferred.
- Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics valued.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
