The Director, HCP Skincare Marketing, leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on health care providers for SkinMedica, Diamond Glow & Diamond Glow Serums, and Latisse. This leadership role will champion customer marketing strategy and asset development, business model execution and field team support, provider-focused campaigns and promotions (including capital and pricing strategies), future label updates and expansions, HCP Council and Flagship implementation, HCP merchandising, sales force connectivity and engagement, HCP social content, and market opportunities for evolving skincare customer and consumer needs. The Director partners cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution, compliance, provider engagement, and measurable impact on brand and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic, provider-centric marketing plans that drive engagement and business growth for SkinMedica, Diamond Glow & Diamond Glow Serums, and Latisse through the HCP channel.
- Lead specific brand anchors and provide support throughout the brand planning process.
- Drive key strategic imperatives and accompanying metrics and tactics to ensure sales and marketing alignment on priorities for the year.
- Lead the development of HCP-targeted assets, messaging, programs, and educational content aligned to business objectives and field needs.
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports, fostering talent development and growth, while ensuring accountability for objectives and deliverables.
- Oversight of agency relationships and effective management of the marketing budget.
- Guide the implementation of the business model, providing strong support and communication to field sales teams and ensuring alignment across commercial functions.
- Plan and lead provider-focused promotional campaigns, launches, and capital pricing initiatives to drive consideration, trial, and conversion.
- Drive connectivity and engagement between the brand and the sales force, delivering strategic tools, training, resources, and agile communications to support field impact.
- Lead pricing strategy, HCP promotions, and offer management—collaborating with sales, finance —in service of business growth and provider value.
- Analyze and execute market opportunities within the medical weight loss space, including provider-focused programs to expand penetration and impact.
- Ensure excellence in execution and compliance by fostering strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
- Monitor performance and KPIs, leveraging insights and field feedback to optimize initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- 8-10 years in HCP/B2B marketing within the healthcare, device, or pharma sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic marketing execution, provider program development, cross-functional collaboration, and managing complex projects.
- Proven expertise in field team engagement and provider-focused campaign success.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
