The Digital Media Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for managing overall requirements, design, delivery, testing and training of new analytics and reporting capabilities for Digital Media (paid media & website) and tools for hands-on-keyboard, brand and executive teams to support media optimizations, insights, recommendations and business impact.
As new dashboards, features & capabilities launch, part of this role will also support operational monthly reporting in partnership with our media optimization channel teams and agency partners, to support the delivery of performance insights and recommended actions to our Brand Marketing teams.
Core Responsibilities
Steward relationship and reporting requirements from internal marketing teams, data analysts, agency partners and other business stakeholders to deliver on new analytical and reporting needs. Translate needs into comprehensive business requirements and solutions that enhance marketing analytical capabilities and insights to drive business results.
Possess the knowledge to understand and identify the most critical 'business questions' that need to be answered by the media optimization and marketing teams to measure effectiveness and develop insights and actions to drive improved results.
Strong experience in translating reporting requirements into visualizations that efficiently answer defined business questions and drive aligned insights across agency, media optimization and brand teams
Develop business requirements that translate into visually intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and/or features that effectively communicate complex data and insights to marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate with technology partner teams through AGILE, to ensure timely progress, build, delivery, training and post-production success.
Lead product demo's, training and support to media optimization, agency and marketing end-users on how to effectively utilize analytical tools, dashboards and/or features.
Develop & build out organized repository of supporting documentation for business requirements, user-guides, FAQs and glossaries for internal + end-user business consumption.
Support media optimization team in delivery of monthly reporting insights to inform media campaign enhancements to drive higher digital ROIs for the business
Bachelor's degree
7+ years’ experience in digital paid media advertising, marketing, business or related field
4+ years' experience developing business requirements and building/designing marketing tools and capabilities for stakeholders. Proven experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design.
Experience using analytics tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Excellent knowledge of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Experienced leading or working within Agile, sprint-based operating delivery model.
Experience working side-by-side with data, analytics, and technology experts; demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data and technology-based solutions
Excellent written + verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to work and lead initiatives independently without day-to-day supervision.
Able to prioritize competing priorities in an ambiguous environment and ensure deadlines are managed effectively.
Hands-on-keyboard DSP or DMP experience a plus.
Ad Trafficking experience a plus.
Experience in Pharma a plus, not required.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
