Are you a business-oriented person with very good communication skills and with an overview of the current technology solutions used in corporate multichannel marketing, social media, web design and performance analytics? As the Digital Manager you will have a chance to influence brand team strategies by bringing your innovative ideas to the discussions. You will collaborate with multiple teams within our organization globally as well as locally and building the right partnership is a must for the role. It is essential to understand that the closest partnership is between BTS and CEX (Customer Excellence) to devise innovative solutions and strategies that bring our products to the forefront.

Simultaneously, you'll be the vital link between the enchanting world of pharmaceuticals and the digital realm. With your expertise in technology solutions and business processes, you'll craft and implement cutting-edge tools that elevate the customer experience and streamline our operations.

Together, you and your fellow CEX and BTS team members will forge an unstoppable alliance, driving our company towards new heights of success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology advice and guidance Brand Teams.
  • Create the effective connection of business requirements with technology solutions.
  • Be a multichannel expert for colleagues and clients.
  • Increase Multichannel and Omnichannel marketing awareness and share best practices between Brand teams and other affiliates (countries).
  • Become and trustful point of contact for the brands in technology projects.
  • Think out of box and create creative opportunities for content and solutions reuse with impact to budget optimization.
  • Generate brand-related projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Work with external partners for digital transformation and cost optimization.

Accountability/What is expected from you: 

  • Implement technology strategies in Brand Teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships across the company with different teams and with external partners.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory standards are followed.
  • Communicate project progress and manage change.
  • Align technology and digital strategies with business goals.
  • Make decisions impacting BTS and Brand Team activities.
  • Authority to determine the best course of action for customer needs and technology matters.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital and/or technology space.
  • In this role, you'll need a good knowledge of the digital and technology landscape, including mobile, UX, web design, social media, search engine optimization, web analytics, or content management systems.
  • You'll also need experience in managing technology projects and successfully building business cases. PMO experience is welcome.
  • Knowledge of solutions like Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platforms will be additional benefit.
