Key Responsibilities
- Construct & develop Predictive Models using Machine Learning.
- Design & define approach to Scale & Operationalize models for machine learning.
- Adopt new tools/techniques to increase performance, automation, & scalability.
- Report, visualize & communicate results to internal stakeholders & define success criteria.
- Work with data sets of varying degrees of size & complexity, including both structured & unstructured data.
- Transform data into actionable insights & recommendations.
Education & Experience
Must possess a Masters’ degree required in quantitative fields including Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science or Economics & 3 years’ progressive business experience in marketing analytics, database marketing, data engineering & predictive modeling. Of the experience required must have 3 years in each of the following: i) performing predictive modeling developing develop advanced machine learning models, algorithmic design & executing analytic experiments methodically while outputting reproducible research; ii) executing the above using Python, &/or R; & iii) working in a cross functional team of IT, brand marketing & analytic experts. Must also have 2 years of project management experience, from designing a project with stakeholders to delivery. Experience may be gained concurrently.
Salary Range: $151,154 - $197,000 per year
