The Customer Service Analyst must ensure the capture of all purchase orders sent to the Customer Service area, their correct processing by BPO and follow up until final delivery to the customer. This position works collaboratively with other areas of the business such as Credit & Collection, Market Access, Controlling and Financial Planning to coordinate order release and deliver daily reports of invoicing status.
Tracking orders in ERP:
- Order review in SAP.
- Coordination with D&L (inventory selection -picking- in SAP vs physical) and with other areas such Supply and Credit & Collection if needed, to conclude billing of the orders.
- ERP billing validation with Tax and customer requirements, as well as PAC information.
- Management of databases to prepare detailed operation and sale reports.
- Support to generate and deliver information required in any audit process.
- Validate inventory stocks and the correct segregation of orders in accordance with the requirements by D&L and Market Access.
- Record all transactions through tracking files and ensure support in each sales order (SAP).
- Manage and validate with the areas the key activities to generate an order such as a correct customer master data, product description according to the guidelines of the government or the business unit and monitor jointly with C&C the credit limit for visibility to the commercial teams.
- This position must keep strong relationships with different areas of the organization such as Market Access, Distribution & Logistic, Controlling, FSS, Treasury, Planning, Tax COE; to guarantee that all sales order transactions are processing in the correct channels, resolving all issues before billing processes that impact in the invoicing process.
Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of related finance or Customer Service experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and desirable managing government accounts.
- Demonstrate strong, accurate technical skills. Must be detail oriented.
- Advanced computer skills in database/spreadsheet (Excel).
- Strong Knowledge in SAP.
- English level: Medium level.
