Job Description

Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Excellence Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in the field of customer excellence within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Customer Excellence Intern, you will support various activities related to customer satisfaction, relationship management, and process improvement.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Drive content creation acceleration via activation of digital assets management & content authoring - Accelerate MCM adoption & channels activation focusing on new assets digitalization.
  2. Maximizing E-wizard usage, Driving CLM, Mass email & VAE Content creation per brand per affiliate.
  3. Close Monitoring for E-Score Implementation.
  4. Channel Enablement Abbvie Pro
  5. Adopting Omnichannel approach.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and develop action plans.
  7. Support the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
  8.  Aid in the organization and coordination of customer events, meetings, and trainings.
  9. Assist in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations and communications.
  10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of customer engagement efforts.
  11. Support the management of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases.
  12. Assist in the analysis of customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  13. Stay updated on the latest customer experience trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
  14. Provide general administrative support to the customer excellence department as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently studying for a Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, Economics qualification.
  • Must be in senior years of studies (Essential) and willing to partake in a 3–6 month internship
  • Must be agile, ambitious, innovative.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Keen desire for knowledge and attention to detail
  • Must have an interest to build career within the medical and or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Able to be based in Cairo during the internship period.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
