We are looking for a driven and collaborative marketing professional to support brand growth through smart strategy, strong execution, and cross-functional teamwork. In this role, you will help shape and implement omnichannel marketing plans, use customer and market insights to guide decisions, and contribute to innovative digital engagement approaches. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver compliant, data-driven initiatives that improve brand performance and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the brand, market, competitors, and customer needs to support brand strategy.
- Develop and execute omnichannel engagement plans to increase brand performance.
- Partner closely with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to generate actionable insights that inform and optimize marketing strategies, dedicating approximately 30–40% of time to field engagement with clients
- Monitor digital campaign performance and use data to optimize results.
- Support a test-and-learn culture and encourage new ideas and innovation.
- Co-create brand and market strategy with the Product Manager and key stakeholders.
- Lead input for the Strategic Marketing, Tactical and Financial Plans.
- Ensure marketing materials and actions are aligned, timely, and effective.
- Track campaign feedback and results to continuously improve strategy.
- Support training and communication with field teams.
- Explore AI and digital solutions to improve engagement, efficiency, and personalization.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in marketing or sales, ideally in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to turn strategy into practical and effective actions.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of the healthcare environment and market dynamics.
- Solid knowledge of strategic, tactical, and digital marketing.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
