Reporting to Immunology Business Unit Director, the incumbent will be responsible to;
• Plan and supervise all assigned work activities collaborating with District Manager and Brand Manager.
• Gather insights from selected clinics to understand detailed needs of HCPs to extend scientific partnership.
• Develop and implement institution-based projects in terms of needs determined through insights.
• Coordinate with the Brand Managers to observe outcomes of activities already conducted and ensure compliance with existing strategies.
• Work with the District Managers to take performance developing measures and bring project recommendations to Brand Team.
• Comprehensively follow market dynamics and report Brand Team with potential impacts.
• Conduct field visits with a specific frequency determined in terms of infield team needs.
• Collaborate with Infield Team Project Coordinators to ensure timely implementation of all key initiatives.
• Standardizing screening procedures and documentation workflows across all business functions throughout the treatment initiative phase.
•Bachelor’s degree,
•Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/project development (having pharmaceutical industry experience would be an asset),
•Excellent command of English,
•Demonstrate high level of impact & influence within a matrix environment,
•Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills,
•Excellent KOL management & communication skills,
•Strong innovation attitude, cognitive flexibility and project orientation,
•Excellent presentation, planning and organization skills.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
