Job Description

The CRM & Business intelligence Specialist at Allergan Aesthetics is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and in-field effectiveness through effective management and utilization of CRM platforms (primarily Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and leveraging data insight to drive business decision.  The candidate will ensure the integrity and harmonization of sales and activity data, working closely with global & IMCO teams.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CRM Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com platforms to ensure alignment with Allergan Aesthetics’ business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and BTS, to integrate CRM data into broader business strategies.
  2. Data Management and Integration:
    • Connect sales and activity data to create cohesive insights across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
    • Work closely with global & IMCO  teams to liaise and ensure data integrity and harmonization across CRMs.
  3. Tool Expertise:
    • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for advanced marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Maintain good knowledge and use of Veeva-based applications like Reltio to enhance CRM functionality and data management.
  4. Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting:
    • Support decision making by providing insight to identify areas of opportunities, tracking the brand KPI and facilitating action plan through sales, CRM and digital data
    • Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor infield effectiveness, CRM effectiveness and customer engagement outcomes.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, report findings, and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Train and support sales and marketing teams on CRM tools, BI tools and customer engagement best practices.
    • Provide guidance on leveraging CRM insights to improve customer interactions and sales effectiveness.
  6. Compliance and Data Governance:
    • Ensure all CRM processes comply with relevant regulatory and data privacy standards, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to adapt CRM strategies and processes as necessary.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of 2~5 years in CRM management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or aesthetics industry.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of multichannel management, customer engagement strategies, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence organizational change.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Veeva-based applications like Reltio, V-align, etc.
  • Certification in CRM and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience in data privacy and regulatory compliance within healthcare or a related industry.
