- Corporate affairs responsbility for Slovenia and Croatia
- Lead and manage thrid party vendor in Slovenia acting on AbbVie behalf
- Lead and implement strategies at a cross-country level supporting AbbVie brands
- Lead, develop and execute on the external communication plan for Slovenia and Croatia in alignment with your Hungarian colleague
- Lead, develop and execute on the internal communication plan for Slovenia and Croatia in alignment with your Hungarian colleague
- Collect and provide information on the media development and patient advocacy changes and their impact on Abbvie
- Establish constructive and transparent communication with local and regional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities as part of planning process
- Support product launches, ongoing business interests and External affairs activities.
- Prepare the market for our innovations, reach maximum awareness at decision making bodies
Stakeholder engagement
- Be the partner of key media and patient advocacy stakeholders, media representatives, journalists and patient advocacy groups to build positive reputation for Abbvie AHA
- Identify and engage with influencers in the healthcare sector to promote Abbvie values and interests
- Generate stakeholder’s insights, analyze, and utilize Healthcare value drivers
- Engage relevant external stakeholders to deliver on agreed business strategies and priorities
- Manage relationship with the external vendors responsible for corporate affairs and patient advocacy
- Provide customized value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant University degree
- Minimum 4-5 years direct experience in Public Affairs, or Patient Relations
- Language requirements Croatian & Slovenian & English
- Thorough understanding of the framework of the Slovenian and Croatian markets
- Strong track of building ethical, compliant and professional relationships with relevant stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of CRO and SLO Public Affairs, and Patient relations requirements
- Excellent relation building skills
- Organizational, analytical and planning skills
