The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of integrated digital and omnichannel strategies that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and key stakeholders.
This role ensures the seamless orchestration of multiple channels to deliver a consistent, data-driven and customer-centric experience aligned with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Support the implementation of omnichannel engagement strategies aligned with brand plans and commercial objectives.
• Assist in mapping and optimizing customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Coordinate the integration of digital channels such as email, CRM engagement, webinars, portals, and remote detailing.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting brand initiatives and product launches.
• Manage campaign workflows including content deployment, scheduling, and channel optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate the development and adaptation of scientific and promotional digital content across channels.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory / Compliance.
• Ensure digital assets comply with internal and regulatory standards.
• Support the administration of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Vault, eWizard, etc.).
• Manage HCP segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Ensure proper database management and data integrity.
• Monitor and analyze key digital performance indicators including open rate, click-through rate, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to support decision making.
• Identify insights and optimization opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align digital initiatives with field activities.
• Support the deployment of e-detailing tools and remote engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate digital assets and content for field representatives.
• Ensure all digital initiatives comply with pharmaceutical marketing regulations, internal compliance policies, and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel or customer engagement.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience coordinating multichannel campaigns.
Desirable:
Postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business Strategy.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
