Job Description

  • Policy Compliance: Be aware of global and local policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance with our processes.
  • Internal Monitoring: Perform periodic internal monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Risk analysis: Identify and evaluate risks to processes, proposing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports or briefings, with analysis and information required for stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and lead area projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of planned results.
  • Goal setting and KPIs: Support the team with the definition of clear goals and establish key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of the processes.
  • Training: Provide training to employees on policies or processes to encourage compliance.
  • Coordination with external audits: Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve day-to-day issues, identifying effective solutions.
  • Process optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes under your responsibility and lead initiatives to optimize efficiency.

Stakeholders' management: Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders such as employees and suppliers.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Administration or related areas.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects / processes
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose solutions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and other stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to handle multiple countries and regulations.
