Digital consumer education and engagement is gettting more and more critical for medical aesthetics brands to build brand aspiration and clinics willingness to promote AA brands.
We are looking for a director level consumer marketing expert who has sharp insights in marketing dynamics and consumer trends, strong strategic thinking on business solution & brand positioning, and excellent cross-function collaboration and resource integration skills, strong FMCG marketing background (preferably from top FMCG companies like P&G, Loreal, El, etc.) and marketing expertise in social media content marketing (Redbook or Douyin).
He/she will take charge of defining overarching consumer activation strategy for AA portfolio brands (Botox, Juvederm, CoolSculpting and SkinMedia), ensuring effective & efficient media planning and execution, pushing for innovation on consumer marketing & customer collaboration, and mobilizing internal resources to achieve our business goal.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong strategic thinking 30%– sharp insights in marketing dynamics and consumer trends, and solid consumer activation strategy for AA portfolio brands (Botox, Juvederm, CoolSculpting and SkinMedia)
Excellent execution 20%– ensure effective & efficient media planning and execution to protect AA brand leadership
Innovation at speed 20%– stay sensitive to market opportunities and be able to drive meaningful innovation in consumer activation by partnering with internal cross-functions (brand teams, AMI, ADI) and external customers, HCPs & KOLs
Influence 10%– have ability to work under pressure and influence management & peers to achieve our business goal
Mature management skill 20%– experience in managing larger team (at least 10 HCs), ability to set up clear business goal, effectively allocate tasks, and inspire team with confidence & leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10-15 years in marketing experience (brand marketing, digital marketing, advertising and etc.),
- Experienced team leader to drive results.
- Experienced in planning and developing consumer activities
- Experienced in traditional business module transformation to digital marketing
- Process and project management skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude;
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written
