The Allergan Commercial Leadership Program is a comprehensive two-year rotational program designed to provide recent MBA graduates with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of the Medical Aesthetics industry. As a management trainee, you will have the chance to work on strategic projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn from industry experts, all while making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
1. Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across various departments, including but not limited to marketing, sales assignment. Gain exposure to different functions and develop a holistic understanding of the industry.
2. Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Leadership Development: Participate in leadership development workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance your leadership capabilities and prepare you for future leadership roles within Allergan.
4. Networking and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals to expand your professional network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
1. Education: Must have completed an MBA program from an accredited university by the program start date (July 2025).
2. Experience: 4 years+ prior work experience in the healthcare/FMCG/Internet industry is preferred but not required. Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of academic and professional success are highly valued.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Passion for aesthetics: Genuine interest in the Medical Aesthetics industry and a passion for innovative healthcare solutions.
6. Mobility: Mobile for domestic or overseas assignments.
7. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
