We are hiring 3 Clinical Specialists to join our team as part of our business expansion plans. 

Main Responsibilities :

Follow up with doctors after Medical Education/Workshops
•    Follow up with doctors after they had attended workshops by educating them on MD codes injection points and anatomy by using our visual materials.
•    Answer all unclear points on anatomy and injection techniques to the trainees as well as recommend on the appropriate Allergan product for each area to optimize patient outcomes.
•    Measuring and evaluating injection knowledge of each doctor and report to team to recommend action plans for follow up.
•    Recommend to the team on the necessary skills to be developed for individual doctors.

Collaboration on trainer development programme
•    Work closely with AMI Manager and Product Manager to develop trainer development plan and their training needs.

Maintain current knowledge of current and future Allergan products
•    Maintains an in-depth understanding of current and future Allergan products relevant to Aesthetics.
•    Maintains a broad knowledge of relevant competitor current products and pipeline products.
•    Help in training team on anatomy parts and injection techniques
 

Education and Experience
•    Science-based background, preferably in Nursing
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry and/or fields related to training. 
•    Experience in Facial Aesthetic field is preferable
•    Solid understanding of facial anatomy is preferable

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
•    Able to understand the clinical and scientific aspects of Aesthetics
•    Comfortable discussing scientific data and clinical techniques with senior clinicians and colleagues
•    Good problem-solving skills
•    Good communication
•    Good interpersonal skills
